For all 997 Turbos, PCCB, and non-PCCB equipped cars alike, the Girodisc system is a direct swap for the original disc. Our rotor's central hat portion is constructed entirely of 6061-T6 aviation aluminum, which is exclusively sourced domestically. The disc is entirely machined in-house at Girodisc using our own unique cast iron, which is poured in the USA. A curved vane design, created for racing, is used in the rotor to force cooled air through the disc like a centrifugal pump. The rotor and hat have a floating mount system, which utilizes 10 high-strength alloy steel drive pins, manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to our own specifications and cadmium plated for long-lasting corrosion resistance. These pins take the load from braking actions while maintaining the axial and radial float between the hat and disc. The pins are secured by class 12.9 cap screws with hardened washers. In order to keep the rotors from making noise when cold, the pins are mounted with anti-noise spring washers on the rotor side which allow the rotor to grow with heat expansion but eliminate the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors. This float also allows the rotor to self-center between the pads.

- Anti-Noise Spring Washers: To prevent noise when the rotors are cold, anti-noise spring washers are used on the rotor side of the pins. These washers allow the rotor to expand with heat but eliminate the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors.
- Self-Centering: The floating mount system allows the rotor to self-center between the brake pads, ensuring consistent and even braking performance.

Orders over $500 will ship insured and over $1,000 with signature and insurance in order to guarantee delivery. Orders over $1000 may not be able to ship to a different address not listed as the billing address or confirm payment address from the form of payment used. Orders with suite numbers, different billing, or apartment numbers will require signature if valued over $100.
All international orders outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes fees per your countries jurisdiction and determined by customs.

Processing and logistics on in stock international orders can take up to 7 business days to process & ship.
In stock, non special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).
Any processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% cancelation refund fee unless the product was not available to ship within a timely manner. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
